One of the hardest working individuals in indie music, Duece Bug has been making noise on the east coast and beyond for over a decade.
Known for his eclectic rock-induced hip hop sound and his polarizing stage performances which include his captivating drum skills, various live instruments, DJ Funksway and CT’s livest hypeman, Chuck Nickels.
Duece Bug is a seasoned artist that continues to redefine the craft of indie work ethic through the Full Blast Movement and Full Blast Booking company founded in 2010 – recently launching the Tour For Life charity series.
A six-year Warped Tour performance veteran, DueceBug has opened stages regionally for hip hop heavyweights such as Method Man & Redman, Slaughterhouse, KRS One, B.O.B., Ghostface, Prodigy of Mobb Deep, Royce da 5’9, Riff Raff, Foxy Brown, Sheek Louch, Maino, Wale, Cory Gunz and House of Pain.
While he continues to perform, DueceBug is also a dedicated mental health advocate, actively involved in organizing regional tours and fundraisers that support mental health awareness and suicide prevention through partnership with Mental Health Connecticut.

Kenny Mercer has been a fixture in the CT music scene for over 15 years. Also known as solo artist DueceBug and founder of the Full Blast Movement, Mercer has been actively involved in all phases on the music scene, more recently utilizing his connection to bridge the gap in the mental health sector.
